By accessing and using CDL Test Prep Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Educational Purpose

This App is designed as an educational study tool to help users prepare for the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) examination. The App:

• Provides practice questions based on current CDL regulations and standards
• Is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state DMV or federal agency
• Does NOT guarantee passing scores on any official CDL examination
• Should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, official CDL study materials

Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

While we strive to maintain accuracy and keep our content current with federal and state CDL regulations:

• Questions are based on 49 CFR (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) and FMCSA CDL Manual standards
• Actual CDL exam questions may vary by state and testing authority
• Regulations may change after the app's last update
• State-specific rules may differ from the information provided
• Users should always verify information with their state's DMV and official CDL manual

This app is not a substitute for professional CDL training or official study materials.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions managed by Google Play:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews until canceled
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews until canceled
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase, no recurring charges

Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantee of exam success
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Not redistribute, modify, or copy app content without permission

Intellectual Property
